Pre-Start Visits

Before your project begins, we’re happy to attend pre start meetings. These visits give us the chance to introduce ourselves, discuss your specific requirements and assess key details such as access times, delivery restrictions and on site logistics.
Most importantly, it ensures the right mortar is supplied in the right consistency to suit your application, be delivered safely and efficiently.

Ongoing Site Support

Once your project is underway, we conduct regular site visits to make sure everything stays on track. Our team monitors progress to keep things running smoothly and to ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards. 

To support this, we carry out random sampling and testing both on site and at our production facilities. This helps maintain the quality, reliability, and performance you expect from us, from start to finish.
